Description of Complaint: | Her behavior was very unprofessional and uncalled for. She yelled numerous times at other drivers including myself claiming she needed to talk to me now! I told her she did not need to talk to me at all. She claimed she was the lead driver multiple times as well. I told her the day we were headed to the airport that I was going to be riding with her and another driver and she asked why I would be riding with them. She instantly got an attitude and was using profanity because I was sitting in the front seat where she felt she should be. The reason I was in the front seat is because I get car sick, but instead of arguing further I decided to move to the back seat and stated that if I puke its going forward. Then she started arguing with the driver of the car and was very rude and disrespectful to him, which made me even more uncomfortable than I already was. We ended up making a stop at the capital in Sacramento CA and took a quick picture which angered Brenda. She started yelling at the driver saying why did we stop when she needs a cigarette. Which delayed her smoking by 20 minutes. She could have gotten out and smoked when we stopped but she was on the phone and did not. Her behavior is not acceptable. |
