Actions taken to resolve Service Interruption

Stephanie waited for dispatch to find another driver to complete her run as well as a rescue for herself and her bus since she was unable to drive.
State patrol pulled in at this point as she was not in fact at the chain up point but on I-90 where it goes from 2 lanes to 3 lanes. She was not cited but put state patrol on the phone with dispatch. At that point we did not have a relief yet. State patrol sent a tow truck because she was in an actual interstate lane and needed to be moved to safety for her and other drivers. She herself was unable to move the bus because a plow had already come by and the bus was stuck.

Alex Ponce was already headed to SeaTac for another charter and will pick up Stephanie Hayes team as well. This caused a 2-3 hour delay of service for Stephanies Charter.
Charles Zeiger and Antonio Gonzales drove the pick up truck from the Yakima yard up to Stephanie to rescue her and the bus.

Description of Service Interruption

Stephanie Hayes called and stated she had been injured on the job. She pulled over on I-90 in what she thought was the chain up area. She said there were multiple trucks around chaining up. As she pulled over to chain up she re-pulled a muscle that she had pulled on the job a few weeks ago.
