Description of Incident:

Loy was 45 minutes late to spot. She arrived at SLC at
7:00. Initially assigned to 646 which she did not want
because it had another drivers personal items and not a
great smell. She was moved to 654 which had a leak of some sort. Then moved to 692 but OPS was notified MCI was coming to update software and she could not take that. She wound up back in 646 and departed SLC at 822 with a spot of 8:30.Sales was immediately notified, Cathy whom spoke to the school and let them know at that point she was runing behind. Patrick Ayers had initially stayed in the yard as he was bus 2 for this move. Dan instructed him to leave without her.
