For those drivers who perform a move that has a tour guide on the vehicle, please remember that the move is not over until you have dropped off your tour guide at the desired destination. As an example, if your passengers are dropped at the ship/pier, and the tour guide requests to be dropped at a different location, you will need to note the Actual Dismiss Time when you have unloaded your tour guide. Also, please remember to include your passenger counts and start and end mileage on your paperwork for all movements. Finally, please remember to get the customer signature if possible on every move.
