OPEN ENROLLMENT 2016 | Available Now!

Open enrollment for new healthcare and changes is now available online at www.tdmoes.com. When you get logged into your account, you will need to proceed to the top of the page and select the Medical | Enrollment tab, and from there select your employment type. The options available to you will be outlined under the appropriate section.

Due to a technical delay, we need to have you make your Dental Plan selections as soon as possible. The deadline for the selections is January 31, 2015. The dental plan options are available under the Principle Dental Plan options Page.

The rest of your selections need to be submitted by February 15, 2016.

Please make sure that you click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of each enrollment form to ensure delivery.

You will notice that the descriptions have links to the summary sheets, select the plan summary link and you will be provided a PDF to review and download if desired, full plan details will be provided for the plan you select. If you have any issues, please use the contact admin. option and you will be helped ASAP. If you have forgotten your password, please use the password reset tool provided.
